A four-session Bible study for men affected by an abortion experience: the father of the baby,
the father (or other family members) of the woman who had an abortion, and any male friends who
were impacted by the abortion. Our experience shows that men often do not care to journal as
much as women. Additionally, men are more often stuck in the anger stage of grief recovery.
This Bible study was written from scratch, specifically for men, based on our multi-year
experience working with post-abortive men. Each Bible study guide is integrated and bundled
with the devotional
Daily Contentment with God
(a $12.95 value!). Leader’s Guide bundle and Student Manual bundle available.
Price: $20 (1-bundle); 2-4 bundles: $16 each; 5-9 bundles: $14 each; 10-24 bundles: $12 each

Many of you are familiar with our laminated paper Acrostic Name Blessings. We are very excited to
introduce Acrostic Name Blessing GEAR! We screen-print the Acrostic Name Blessing for any name onto
items like: BBQ Aprons (great for crafts and cooking), Mouse Pads, “Messenger” bags, Tote Bags;
Infant Creepers (“Onesies” … sizes from 6mths to 24mths); and Bibs (one size fits all up to 36
months). In addition to names, we create acrostics for other words such as “Mother”, “Bride”,
“Friend”, etc. These make fabulous gifts for Christmas, Weddings, and Baby Showers! Take a
look online: Here!
Judy H. at the LifeLine Pregnancy Center in Wilmington, NC, comments that the One-Day Conference is a
“great addition to our post abortion ministry. I appreciated the attention to every detail. It made
planning the event so much simpler. I was able to plan, study, and have the event in just a few weeks!”
If you are hosting a One-Day conference, would you please tell Georgette Forney at NOEL about the dates and times? She will put the information on the website and help with referring people to your event. Georgette is available at:
Voice (412) 749-0455 or 800-707-NOEL; fax 412-741-7360; or email noelinfo@noelforlife.org
If you have hosted a One-Day PAS Healing Conference recently, would you drop us an email to tell of your
experiences? We would love to know what things went well in addition to what suggestions for improvement
you can think of.
Focus On The Family’s HeartLink magazine (Nov/Dec 2004; Vol 11, #6) gives us a great review: “This book
limits its perspective to a daughter’s unplanned pregnancy. However, it addresses family issues that may
have been contributing factors – along with pointers on the process of forgiveness. The most helpful
section discusses when to encourage your daughter to keep the baby, when to encourage her to release
for adoption and when to consider raising the child yourself.”
HTSYTP is now being carried by CareNet in their resource tables.
How To Survive Your Teen’s Pregnancy is also doing well at Amazon.com: we’ve reached as high as #57 on
the Top 100 Best Sellers in the category of Parenting Teenagers. If you’ve read the book, would you
drop by Amazon.com and write a
review?
The Midwest Book Review says “Highly recommended for family, Sunday School, and Bible School library
picture book collections. Enhanced with almost 70 photographs from Marilyn’s adventures in the jungle
of Papua New Guinea — where she lived in remote Hauna Village for 25 years, learning the local language,
creating an alphabet, and translating the Bible for this tribe on the Sepik Iwam River. More than just
another ABC primer for preschoolers, A is for Airstrip features bi-lingual pairings of native words
and their English equivalents, wonderful anecdotes, and activities that will fully capture the attention
of young readers.” This book makes a fabulous Christmas present for all your grandkids, nieces/nephews,
and young children!
One Pregnancy Center recently used this book as the “Table Prize” at their fundraising banquet! Great idea.
Contact us for super-low pricing on bulk orders of 25+ copies of any of our books. Daily Contentment With
God is integrated with one of our new items,
“Repairing His Story: Abortion Stress Recovery for Men”,
which
is featured above.
Exhibits
I enjoyed meeting lots of co-laborers at our exhibit table at the Heartbeat Conference in North Carolina;
and at CareNet in Virginia. Thank you for stopping by to talk to us! If you know Pam Sprague of Danville,
IL, congratulate her on being the winner of our drawing at the Heartbeat Conference! She chose to receive
a free copy of Daily Contentment With God as her prize. Here is a sample of the high-quality devotionals
that are included in this great book:
November 1 - Daily Contentment With God
Proverbs 11:12 He who despises his neighbor lacks sense, but a man of understanding keeps silent.
We sometimes ask ourselves the question, “Why?” “Why do they treat me so badly?” “I could be at peace if
it was not for…” “I have a right to be mad, look what he/she did to me.” This verse makes it clear that
one who has understanding manages his or her anger. The person who is easily angered is one who has
elevated turmoil to a prominent place in life. To despise and carry that grudge is senseless. A person
with God’s kind of wisdom has understanding and can therefore properly manage anger and fear.
Prayer: God, it is so natural for me to respond with hurt, anger, and hatred. The load of hurt that I
have carried for much of my life is destroying my contentment and confidence. Help me lean on Your
understanding because mine is defective.
May God bless you and keep you.
