Workshop is a good introduction to the need for abortion recovery.
Participants can include couples involved in abortion,
parents of daughters and sons who have been involved in an
abortion, spouses, brothers and sisters, pastors, counselors,
and others who just want to know more about post-abortion stress
and how it can be healed. Note, that a One-Day Abortion Recovery Workshop
is not primarily a counselor training conference, but a
healing conference. However, a leadership training track has been added to

DVD Set

The One-Day Abortion Recovery Workshop is a good introduction to the need for abortion recovery. Participants may include
couples involved in abortions, parents of daughters and sons who had been involved in an abortion, spouses, brothers and
sisters, pastors, counselors, and others who just wanted to know more about post-abortion stress and how it can be healed.
This DVD Set is the live recording of an actual workshop presented by the authors: Linda Perry, Dr. Dennis Perry, and
Lynellen Perry. The One-Day Abortion Recovery Workshop DVD presentation can be used in several different ways.
First, it can be used as a full-day healing event with breakout groups.
Individual video chapters can be easily integrated into most of the published post-abortion Bible studies to
add a bit of spice to your sessions. Video chapters from the workshop DVD can be easily included in your regular
counselor/volunteer training sessions.
Note that the primary purpose of the One-Day Abortion Recovery Workshop is to provide an introduction to healing. Many
participants will desire further healing ministry. We have also included a training track for those interested in an
introduction to PAS ministry. This training is not comprehensive and should be followed by a more in-depth seminar.

His Story: Abortion Stress Recovery for Men

A five-session Bible study for men affected by an abortion
experience: the father of the baby, the father (or other family
members) of the woman who had an abortion, and any male friends
who were impacted by the abortion.
Using the grief cycle as a structure and focusing on the names of God that reveal His
character and desire to heal us, this Bible study examines denial, bargaining,
anger, forgiveness, and resolution. We have found that a shorter Bible study cycle
is more likely to be requested and completed by our busy men.
This Bible study is a companion to the "Repairing Her Story" study for Women, below,
so that a couple could work through their experiences in tandem.
Our experience shows that men
often do not care to journal as much as women. Additionally, men
are more often stuck in the anger stage of grief recovery. This
Bible study was written from scratch, specifically for men,
based on our multi-year experience working with post-abortive
men. Each Bible study guide is integrated and bundled with the
devotional Daily Contentment with God. Leader’s Guide bundle and
